  My Maid of Honor reserved this salon for a pre-wedding party. The reservation was made in May, and checked on repeatedly, for our late September gathering. The deal included exclusive use of the salon for three hours, servicing 10 of us. We were assured we could bring desserts, gifts, music, and champagne, and that we’d have the place to ourselves—in fact it barely fit all of us. Not even two hours into our stay, they began letting in other customers, moving us around so that we couldn’t sit next to each other or had to stand. When asked what was going on, they insisted very rudely that the reservation was for only two hours. That just wasn’t true, and they knew it. They came off as greedy and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place for bridal parties.
